Multiple private and public beaches are within less than a mile. Everybody in your family is able to spend a memorable and relaxing time at Incline Village beaches. These beautiful sandy beaches offer a large variety of summer activities including swimming, sailing, and different types of water sports. Some of these beaches also have playgrounds and heated swimming pool for you and your kids to enjoy even more. Two of the beaches are private for Incline Village residents, but staying at in our property entitles you to access as guests. There is often an access fee for beach access and the rates are posted at the web site listed above. You need to contact us in advance for mailing signed guest access to you. For longer stays, we offer punch cards with 50% discount on beach access. That is $160 value for only $80 (while supplies last).
