Booking Process

1) Confirm your dates and interest through Email (to book it tentatively).
2) Email us with your preffered method of payment, so we can make arrangement. The payment guarantees the reservation and will block those days on the calendar. 
3) We'll send you a confirmation and rental agreement after payment is received. Find a PDF sample of rental agreement in the attachments.
4) You will Email us a rental agreement with required information and signature (or fax to 1-253-270-1702).  
5) You will get the check-in procedure including address and access code and other relevant information within a week of your vacation date.
6) After your vacation and assuming there is no damage, we will make arrangement to return your security deposit.
We fully refund your money if you cancel more than 4 weeks before your arrival date. For cancellation within 4 weeks, you need to contact us. In general we don't believe in keeping your money for services we haven't provided. We will try to make other arrangements for legitimate cancellation such as offering different dates of similar value. This policy only applies if you book our place directly from us. If you book our place through 3rd party companies, please contact them to review their cancellation policies.
Security & Privacy
Your information including your Email address will only be used for the arrangements regarding your vacation. We will process all credit card payments through PAYPAL and will never ask or receive your credit information. For more information visit PAYPAL security policy.
